Q: Does our soap lather well?
A: Yes! We formulate our recipes to lather extremely well!! There are some formulations that lather more or less ! Some are made with more cleaning in mind & some are made with more moisturizing in mind. That's where the more or less bubbly lather comes about! All are formulated to lather & also moisturize without stripping for every skin type!
Q:When will my order ship after completing purchase?
A: We ship once or twice weekly
Q: Why do we ship like this?
A: When we have multiple orders it helps us ensure that every order is shipped correctly and efficiently without mistakes 
Q: I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?
A: Please give at least 2 weeks for delivery as the selected shipping method may be having unforeseen issues. Please contact us by email after  2 1/2 weeks & we'll track it. 
Q: Can I return the products I don't like & get a refund?
A: With products like this we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges . Please email us & we will try to recommend a product you will hopefully be happy to purchase in the future.
Q: What if I have an allergic reaction to the product/products I purchased & can I get a refund?
A: It is our policy to give no refunds for any allergic reactions as stated on our policies page. Please carefully read the ingredients before purchasing!
Q: why isn't the product I received the same color or design?
A: Hand crafted products may sometimes change colors due to the curing process and this may darken the products over time. The design is never the same in hand crafted products & each soap has it's own unique character & look. Our soap is still as good as the day it was made & with handmade products time enhances it's quality & value much more! We also use fruit & vegetables at times which has natural sugar that can also darken a product over time. Your skin will love the vitamins & minerals from these natural components.
Remember if you are allergic to any ingredients please choose something else in our product list that you'll enjoy!
Q: Can I purchase a large order or custom order?
A: Yes. Please keep in mind that a large/custom order still needs to cure for 6-8 weeks if soap. If it's other than soap for example: candles, wax melts, etc ... There is still a process of production and proper curing for these as well of 1-2 weeks. So plan accordingly please. Email us with these orders. Response 2-4 business days .
