Our family at The Soap Mama's Country Creations 
Like to ship orders out as soon as we possibly can & most of the time we succeed in this but at times that may be longer due to unforseen circumstances.

Please keep in mind we only ship once or twice weekly! 

Shipping ASAP is our goal! Our customers being happy with quality, value & correct shipping & processing can take a few days with a small business but rest assure we strive for customer satisfaction!

Quick Shipping: w/ Handling & Processing/Packaging: 2 days
Normal Shipping : 7-8 days  (our REGULAR shipping)
Shipping: Orders usually ship after the 2 day or 7-8 days of Handling & Processing/Packaging chosen! 
Delivery is usually within 1-2 weeks (7-15 days) after shipping but can be shorter or longer times depending on the shipping method used at checkout and/or unforeseen circumstances!

Please Note:
The unforeseen circumstances can include the postal service conditions at the time of order which can include postal service strikes, closures & inclimate & hazardous weather conditions!
HOLIDAY/SEASONAL shipping is also a hectic time in the postal service industry!
When this happens it is beyond our control of the delivery of your order! Rest assure you and your new products are top priority and if for some reason you haven't received your package after 2 1/2 weeks please contact us & we'll work to get to the bottom of it!
